This workshop will give you a strong start to making various kinds of granola and bars using clean plant based ingredients, natural flavours, diabetic friendly sweeteners, zero preservatives. These no non-sense recipes are long shelf life, are high in fibre and good fats. The only sweetener used in these recipes is dates & date syrup.
All recipes are bulk production friendly and can easily be customised to create new flavours.
