IMPORTANT : we are now taking orders only for Goa. If you are placing your order post 8th December, and you do not reside in Goa, we cannot guarantee an on-time christmas delivery. Your outside goa order will most probably reach you by New Years eve or post that.
A signature, perfectly matured Christmas cake baked with love, in small batches by Chef Pooja Masurkar. This classic cake brings in the holiday cheer in the very best way!
This Christmas cake is generously loaded (35%) with organic sundried fruits like golden & black raisins sourced from a women run enterprise in Maharashtra, apricots from the Ladakhi amaleys, dried figs from Kashmir and cranberries. These fruits are soaked in dark rum, along with whole spices for 10 months. This cake is vegan, gluten free and sweetened with jaggery & khandsari sugar. After baking we feed the cake thrice in Dark Rum and then age it with care before sending it out to you. Store the cake airtight, in the fridge for 2months or at room temperature in a cool dry place for 15days. Once opened, please store the leftover cake in the fridge.
Each cake is packed in a beautiful box and comes with a cute note inside.

All orders placed before 8th December will be dispatched on 11th December. If you live outside of Goa then we cannot guarantee a delivery before Christmas if your order is placed after 8th December.
