In this super intensive workshop I teach you how to make healthier, vegan, refined sugar free, bean to bar chocolates. I then show you how to use these techniques to make different confectionaries (vegan, refined sugar free, gluten free).

By the end of this workshop you will master 12 creations that will be a great addition to your chocolate making and gifting game, for the festive season. The course is an amazing foundation builder. Once you master all the recipes you can create infinite signature products of your own.

The workshop is divided in 3 modules. Module 1 is in depth theory on history of cocoa, what happens at the cocoa farm, why is chocolate tempered, what are different kinds of chocolate products. Module 2 takes you through the making process of Dark, Mylk and white chocolate. In module 3 we make various chocolate confectionaries using our very own bean to bar chocolates from module 2.

The workshop comes with lifetime access to 4hrs 30mins of professionally recorded video content, downloadable theory and recipe booklets.
